At Ekwa, we understand that email marketing still has a place in online marketing, so we have a dedicated team to create them for you.
Many email platforms do not accurately display fancy designs or styles, and many do not automatically show images. This is why, if you notice, emails sent from Google, Amazon, Apple, etc., are simple, contain some images, very few colors, and are mostly filled with text. We follow the same design philosophy when creating newsletters.
We recommend that newsletters be published only when required. Sending them repeatedly within a short time frame (multiple times within a month) can force users to unsubscribe and even mark them as spam or abuse, especially if they do not see the newsletter offering anything of any value. If enough users mark your newsletter as spam or abusive, the email service providers (Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc.) may mark all of your emails as spam or junk or outright block them.
Newsletters should contain something compelling that makes a recipient want to open your email. Maybe aftercare tips, how to take care of your skin or oral hygiene at home, an introduction of a promotion or a new service, etc. Much like the earlier point, sending a newsletter for the sake of it will result in people wanting to unsubscribe or mark it as spam or junk.
The list of subscribers must have given consent to receive your newsletters. Purchasing subscriber lists, scraping email IDs from online sources, and/or adding users without their permission will result in the newsletter underperforming or getting outright banned.
Email marketing is a service that is only available in the marketing stage, and we kindly ask that you provide the teams with your newsletter requirement at least 20 days before the date that you want it published.
