Our routine monthly work is, in fact, the marketing solution, and it's designed to (as explained on this page) to grow your business/practice.

However, a dedicated Marketing Strategist Team is available to assist you with discussing and diving deeper into your online results or if you have any concerns related to your month-end report or the trend in stats and results.

The Marketing Strategist Team also proactively reviews your month-end stats in the following month and focuses on key metrics like ROI-related Metrics (Calls as a recording by call tracking) and Keywords Ranking in the Top 03 spots and page one in Google, and if any of them are under certain thresholds, the team in coordination with other teams will formulate a set of to-dos and focus areas.

These to-dos and focus areas can include but not limited to:

  • Deep analysis of all of the data points as reported by Google Search Console. For example,
    • Google Search Console provides a ton of analytical information. Going through the content and using it along with the data that Google Analytics provides could help us find a few data points that indicate that either one key page is not performing as it did earlier or we could see that a popular search term is not being searched anymore and thus needs to be replaced with a new search term. We could also find out if a page is underperforming on a certain device (mobile or desktop) and implement the changes so it performs on both types of devices.
  • Review offsite and onsite metrics to identify if we need to adjust the work we do for you going forward or if we are required to redo something, or if we missed something. For example,
    • Our goal is to write and publish website content that is less than 7% plagiarism. However, we have seen in the past that, in some cases, another website scrapes the content we published, adjusts it, and then re-publishes it, and Google identifies our website as a site that contains duplicate content. We could file a DMCA takedown request, but that is a time-consuming task. It would be easier and faster to write new content.
    • Maybe a recent change has caused a NAP inconsistency which is affecting online results
    • Identify if selected teams are required to allocate more hours to your account monthly because more competition is eating away at your online growth.

Any such to-dos and areas the teams would focus on would be communicated to you so you are aware.
