The key to social media is providing a good mix of social media posts. Remember, not all your followers will like or want to see the posts you and I like. Thus, we need to find a middle ground to publish a decent variety of posts so that enough people with varying likes and dislikes will engage with them.

To do this, we must identify which specific procedures/services you want posts created for. Then, per procedure/service, you need to select a category and a subcategory.

So, what is a post category? A post category is a post created based on a specific type of content. For example, educational posts are created using content related to Q&As, Myths vs. Facts, Interesting Facts, etc. Subcategories represent the style in which the content and design are created. So, for example, if you select the "Educational" category and the subcategory "Fun," we create and make available educational-related posts that are written and designed to be fun, lighthearted, or even cartoon-like.

General - Design and content created to be engaging and professional but are not created with any other specific style.

Fun - Content and designs would be created in a lighthearted, fun, and cartoon-like style.

Interactive - Content and designs are created to prove a reaction via puzzles, quizzes, competitions, asking your audience for their own experience or thoughts, etc.

Wellness Health benefits, Lifestyle benefits, self-care, and preventative tips related to the procedure/service
Promotional Directly promoting the procedure/service with a heavy emphasis on conversion and call to action.
Celebration Awareness days related to the industry will also be included in the calendar alongside other celebratory days, such as Christmas and Halloween.
Inspiration These are feel-good posts that are not necessarily relevant to a specific industry; in most cases, they consist of quotes or inspirational stories.

Even with these various post types, we know that social media newsfeeds work based on an algorithm (similar to Search Engines). Various signals influence this algorithm. One of these key signals is engaging your audience through posts with a "personal touch." These posts, which involve you and your team, tend to gain far more reach and engagement, and social media platforms love them and show them higher in the newsfeeds. Since these types of posts get more engagement, social media platforms will find your page more relevant, resulting in the other posts we publish showing up higher in your audience's newsfeeds. To create these types of posts with a personal touch, the teams will propose a few campaigns each month, and we highly recommend that you and your team implement at least one of them each month.

Note:

During the launch stage, the team will create (if required), optimize your relevant social media pages, and gather various preferences. We will discuss which procedures/services, categories, and subcategories we need to create posts for. The first set of campaigns and your first batch of posts will be made ready for publication in the first full month in the marketing stage.
