Through a partnership with Liquid Web, Ekwa has several hosting servers at our disposal. The production servers that host your websites come with the below features.

The technical support team monitors and maintains the servers that hosts your website to ensure there are no hardware or OS failures, also monitoring and taking action against threats and making sure everything keeps on ticking.
Ekwa has also partnered with Rackspace to provide dedicated domain-specific emails, which you can switch to if you prefer. Each email inbox comes with

Note:
* Dedicated servers do not imply that we set up a dedicated server per website. The server hardware is dedicated to that server and to us (Ekwa). Most other agencies use cloud servers, where the server hardware is not dedicated and is often shared with multiple marketing agencies.
** As various physical and software safeguards are in place, access to your website host (cPanel and FTP) is restricted and not shared with any party outside of Ekwa. Even access to your website's CMS admin (WordPress Admin) can only be provided on a limited basis (editor access privilege).
*** Due to the various firewalls, there could be instances where you or your office network IP can be flagged as a false positive, and you could be barred from accessing your website. This only affects the blocked IPs and not any one else. If you encounter this issue, please let our teams know.
****We do not claim or guarantee 100% uptime because any device will, at some point, encounter downtime; even Amazon, Google, and Meta servers, have encountered outages and downtime. What we can guarantee is that the downtime is minimal, and in the decade and a half in which we have hosted client websites, we have encountered only a handful of outages that have only lasted a few hours at most.
