"Best Effort" means that we will try to implement any task related to online marketing that is not covered in the above services, for example, graphic design services for offline use (flyers, brochures, business cards) etc.

Please understand that when working on Best Effort-related tasks, it may take longer to implement.

What is not covered under "Best Effort"

• Replicating or fixing custom features or tools that a third-party solution provider developed for your practice/business.
• Integration with patient or lead management systems.
• Directly having access to and working with your patient or lead management systems.
• Editing or managing a website that is not under an active contract with Ekwa Marketing
• Editing or managing a website that is hosted on a server that is not managed by Ekwa
• Press Releases (Online or offline)
• Directly communicating with patients or customers on your behalf.
• Photo shoots and video shoots.
• Coordinating with local service providers for the printing of any visual element we may design.
• Offline marketing-related activities. *
• Implementation of offsite or onsite optimizations or marketing-related activities in any language other than English. **
• Software development.
• Implementation of offsite or onsite optimizations or marketing-related activities or tasks that violate any of the following areas:
• Ekwa’s internal standards or policies.
