Online reputation monitoring for newly published reviews

For this service, we would create, verify, merge (if duplicates are found), and then optimize key online reputation-related profiles, like Yelp, Ratemds (Medical Only), Google My Business Listing, Healthgrades (Medical Only), Nextdoor, etc.,

In the marketing stage, the team will monitor up to 4 online reputation-related profiles once a week. The team will look for positive or negative reviews published within the week.

What happens after we find a new review?

Based on what we find, we will create a response that can be posted as a review response.

If we find a new positive review published, the team will post a response thanking the reviewer. This short note of appreciation goes a long way in building trust with the reviewer and anyone else reading the review.

If we find a new negative review published ( * ), the team will draft a review response and send it to you along with the negative review. Once you approve the response, we will post it as a response.

Applicable to medical practices only - To comply with patient privacy laws (HIPAA), the response we create would not mention any Personally Identifiable Information (PHI). As such, please understand the responses we create will be unique but generic.

Note:

* Negative reviews can only be flagged for removal if the review violates the review sites' Terms of Service.

A removal request made by Ekwa will be reviewed by the relevant site admins. The review will be removed if the site admins determine it violates the Terms of Services or some Content or User Policy.

As the removal process is out of our control, the best way to remove a negative review is to bury it by getting more authentic positive reviews.
